BFF Time

Aaaamzing time in NYC last week with our other Bunny, Bianca Beezy Bee.

We (Lu and Lolly) made the best muddy buddies ever and ate too many of them and went to see Red Riding Hood and had some fun adventures at the top floor of the movie theater/observation deck from which you could see the creepy giant Madame Tussaud's hand. 

 The next day Lolly took Bee around NYC while poor Lu worked, and then all three of them had a lovely dinner followed by BFF time at La Caverna. Hmmm... we are both wearing sweaters, pearls, and crazy awesome tights. Was this planned? Yanope. So typical!

 The next time Lu & Lolly will be united is early May... until then, we continue our 'long distance relationship' and will share the fun-ness of our lives :)

Muddy Buddies

	Muddy Buddies (please do not call it puppy chow or monkey munch - we are not animals, we are friends)
	1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
	1/2 cup peanut butter
	1/4 cup butter or margarine
	1 teaspoon vanilla
	1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 9 cups Rice Chex

1. Into large bowl, measure cereal; set aside.
2. In 1-quart microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter uncovered on High 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.
3. Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.  (via)

One Hour and Counting

In just around an hour Lu and Lolly will be reunited!!!

The plans for tonight include:

• Making muddy buddies (a definite fav... we'll post a recipe)
• Taking muddy buddies into the theatre to snack on as we see Red Riding Hood
• Hitting up Cafe Lalo 

This is a quick trip for Lolly, but Lu is ecstatic that she is coming and can't wait to hear all about her Africa adventures.

World Travelers

Traveling is a hobby that Lu and Lolly share. Lolly is currently en route to AFRICA! Lu desperately wanted to go with her - darn real life and responsibilities.
